1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Adore Nails' services, including our online booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Adore Nails provides esthetic services including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related beauty treatments. Services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with local health and safety regulations.

3. Online Booking

3.1 Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked through our online booking system
  • We recommend providing valid contact information for booking confirmations
  • Booking confirmations may be sent via email or text message

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • We appreciate cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge of the service price
  • No-shows may be charged the full service price
  • Multiple no-shows may result in the request for a deposit for future bookings

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Current pricing will be displayed on our booking platform
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is typically collected at the time of service
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
  • A credit card may be requested to secure online bookings

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Client Recommendations

  • We encourage clients to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies
  • We recommend arriving with clean, uninfected nails and feet
  • We may need to reschedule services if visible infections or contagious conditions are present

5.2 Salon Commitments

  • We maintain thorough sanitation protocols
  • Tools are sanitized between clients
  • Products used are professional grade and FDA-approved

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive to provide the highest quality service
  • We welcome feedback about concerns within 72 hours of service
  • Repairs or adjustments can be made within 7 days of original service
  • Service charges are final once services are completed

7. Client Information and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

  • We collect personal information necessary for booking and service provision
  • Contact information may be used for appointment reminders and promotional communications
  • Client information is never sold or shared with third parties

7.2 Marketing Communications

  • Clients can choose to receive promotional materials and updates
  • Opt-out options are available in all marketing communications

8. Minors

  • Services for clients under 18 typically require parent/guardian consent
  • We recommend parent/guardian presence for services provided to children under 16

9. Liability

  • Adore Nails is not liable for any damage to natural nails resulting from proper service provision
  • We recommend following proper care instructions
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client while in the salon

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or booking platform.
